Mitsubishi Servo Motor HG-SR1524B

The HG-SR1524B is a medium inertia rotary AC brushless servo motor belonging to Mitsubishi premium MELSERVO-J4 servo system lineup, specially designed for 3-phase 400V high-voltage industrial power grid scenarios and perfectly matched with MR-J4 series 400V-class servo amplifiers.

With rated power of 1.5kW, rated speed 2000rpm and max speed up to 3000rpm, this motor adopts optimized electromagnetic winding and medium inertia rotor structure, balancing stable constant-speed running and fast dynamic response. Different from non-brake models, it is equipped with a built-in holding electromagnetic brake, which can lock the shaft securely after power off to prevent workpiece sliding or position deviation, ideal for vertical lifting, tilting and load suspension equipment.

It embeds a standard 22-bit absolute optical encoder (4,194,304 pulses per revolution) without backup battery to retain origin position after power failure, realizing ultra-precise closed-loop control of position, speed and torque. The whole machine reaches IP67 protection grade against dust, oil mist and splashing water; straight smooth shaft, compact shortened body and 130mm standard flange mounting greatly simplify installation and space layout. Widely applied in packaging machines, automated assembly lines, material conveying equipment, small lifting machinery and numerical control auxiliary equipment under harsh workshop environments, delivering long-term continuous reliable operation.
