If the communication is unsuccessful, how to determine whether the hardware or software settings are faulty?
We usually use online simulation. Firstly, connect the Mitsubishi PLC directly to the computer, use the Mitsubishi PLC software to communicate with the Mitsubishi PLC. The software closes the Mitsubishi PLC software, and runs the picture you will download to the HMI, save it, Compile and simulate online. If the Mitsubishi PLC is connected to the computer, there is a problem with the communication line at point 3. It is OK to change the line. If the online simulation communication fails, it proves that your communication parameters have not been set.
