Mitsubishi Q Series PLC

Q series PLC is a medium and large PLC series product developed by Mitsubishi Company from the original A series PLC. Q series PLC is a modular PLC. According to different performance, the CPU of Q series PLC can be divided into basic type, high performance type, process control type, motion control type, computer type, redundant type and many other series of products.

1. The basic CPU includes three basic models: Q00J, Q00, and Q01. Model Q00J is a compact PLC with simplified functions. The maximum number of IO points is 256 points, and the program capacity is 8K, which can be applied to small-scale control systems.

The Q01 series CPU has the strongest function among the basic models, and the maximum number of IO points can reach 1024 points

2. High-performance CPU includes Q02, Q02H, Q06H, Q12H, Q25H and other varieties. The Q25H series has the strongest functions, with a maximum IO points of 4096 points and a program capacity of 252K steps, which can be applied to medium and large-scale control systems.

The Q series process control CPU includes two basic models, Q12PH and Q25PH, which can be used for the control of small DCS systems. The PLC system composed of the process control CPU uses a programming software different from the general PLC system (DX Develop), but uses the PX Develop software. The Q series process control CPU can be programmed using the special programming language FBD for process control, and the process control CPU enhances the PID adjustment function.

3. Q series motion CPU includes two basic models, Q172 and Q173, which can be used for 8-axis and 32-axis positioning control respectively.

4. The Q series redundant CPU currently has two specifications, Q12PRH and Q25PRH. The redundant system is used in control situations where the reliability of the control system is extremely high and the control system is not allowed to stop.
